1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Smart Printer — Print, Scan & Share ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Smart Printer is an iOS application that lets you:

Print photos, documents (PDF, images, Office files), web pages, emails, contact cards and files from cloud drives to AirPrint-compatible printers on your Wi-Fi network
Scan paper documents with your camera and save them as PDF
Write notes and print or share them
Keep imported and scanned files in an in-app Files area
Open webmail and Google Drive in a built-in browser to print their content
Send files from other apps to Smart Printer through the iOS share sheet

The App requires an AirPrint-compatible printer connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device. All content you print, scan or write is stored on your device; the App does not require an account and does not transmit your documents to us.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

Having the right to print, copy or share the content you use with the App, including respecting copyright and the privacy of people whose contact details or emails you print
Your own accounts with third-party services (such as Google, Microsoft or Yahoo) that you sign in to through the built-in browser, and for complying with those services' terms
Maintaining your own backups of your files
Not using the App for any fraudulent or illegal activity

4. Free Use and Subscription

You can use every feature of the App for free, including two (2) free print jobs. Smart Printer Premium is an auto-renewing weekly subscription priced at USD 9.99 per week (or the equivalent in your local currency as set by the App Store) that unlocks unlimited printing. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial; the subscription starts, and your Apple Account is charged, when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.

Billing: Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple Account. We do not process or store your payment details.
Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time in iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, or in the App Store app under Account > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and that period is not refunded.
Price changes: If the subscription price increases, Apple will notify you and ask for your consent before the new price takes effect.
Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund decisions are made solely by Apple.

5. Printer Compatibility and Third-Party Services

Printing relies on Apple AirPrint and on your printer and network. We do not guarantee that the App works with any particular printer model, that every file type prints as intended, or that a print job will complete; print quality, paper handling and connectivity depend on your printer and Wi-Fi.

Webmail, Google Drive and other websites opened in the built-in browser are provided by their respective operators, may change or become unavailable at any time, and are subject to their own terms. Smart Printer is an independent product of SpaceNode Co., Ltd. and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple, Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, HP, Canon, Epson, Brother or any other printer manufacturer or service provider. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SpaceNode Co., Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the documents, scans, photos and notes you create or use with the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times, nor that any print job will succeed.

Your data: Because your files are stored only on your device, loss of or damage to the device, deletion of the App, or a failed restore may result in permanent loss of data. Keeping backups is your responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceNode Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost data, wasted consumables (paper, ink or toner), or costs arising from failed, incomplete or incorrect print jobs, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Governing Law; App Store Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. The App is distributed through the Apple App Store; Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them. Your use must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Beschreibung des Dienstes

Smart Printer ist eine iOS-Anwendung, mit der Sie:

Fotos, Dokumente (PDF, Bilder, Office-Dateien), Webseiten, E-Mails, Kontaktkarten und Dateien aus Cloud-Speichern auf AirPrint-kompatiblen Druckern in Ihrem WLAN drucken
Papierdokumente mit der Kamera scannen und als PDF speichern
Notizen schreiben und drucken oder teilen
Importierte und gescannte Dateien in einem Dateibereich der App aufbewahren
Webmail und Google Drive in einem integrierten Browser öffnen, um deren Inhalte zu drucken
Dateien aus anderen Apps über das iOS-Teilen-Menü an Smart Printer senden

Die App benötigt einen AirPrint-kompatiblen Drucker im selben WLAN wie Ihr Gerät. Alle Inhalte, die Sie drucken, scannen oder schreiben, werden auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert; die App erfordert kein Konto und übermittelt Ihre Dokumente nicht an uns.

3. Verantwortlichkeiten des Benutzers

Sie stimmen zu, die App nur für rechtmäßige Zwecke und in Übereinstimmung mit diesen Bedingungen zu nutzen. Sie sind verantwortlich für:

Das Recht, die mit der App verwendeten Inhalte zu drucken, zu kopieren oder zu teilen, einschließlich der Wahrung des Urheberrechts und der Privatsphäre der Personen, deren Kontaktdaten oder E-Mails Sie drucken
Ihre eigenen Konten bei Drittanbieterdiensten (z. B. Google, Microsoft oder Yahoo), bei denen Sie sich über den integrierten Browser anmelden, sowie die Einhaltung von deren Bedingungen
Die Pflege eigener Sicherungskopien Ihrer Dateien
Die App nicht für betrügerische oder illegale Aktivitäten zu nutzen

4. Kostenlose Nutzung und Abonnement

Sie können alle Funktionen der App kostenlos nutzen, einschließlich zwei (2) kostenloser Druckaufträge. Smart Printer Premium ist ein sich automatisch verlängerndes Wochenabonnement zum Preis von 9,99 USD pro Woche (oder dem vom App Store festgelegten Gegenwert in Ihrer Landeswährung), das unbegrenztes Drucken freischaltet. Berechtigte Neuabonnenten erhalten ggf. eine 3-tägige kostenlose Testphase; das Abonnement beginnt und Ihr Apple-Account wird belastet, wenn die Testphase endet, sofern Sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vorher kündigen.

Abrechnung: Käufe werden über den Apple App Store abgewickelt und Ihrem Apple-Account belastet. Wir verarbeiten und speichern Ihre Zahlungsdaten nicht.
Automatische Verlängerung: Ihr Abonnement verlängert sich automatisch, sofern Sie es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des laufenden Zeitraums kündigen. Ihr Apple-Account wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor Ende des Zeitraums für die Verlängerung belastet.
Kündigung: Sie können jederzeit unter iOS-Einstellungen > [Ihr Name] > Abonnements oder in der App-Store-App unter Account > Abonnements kündigen. Die Kündigung stoppt künftige Verlängerungen; der Premium-Zugang bleibt bis zum Ende des bereits bezahlten Zeitraums bestehen, und dieser Zeitraum wird nicht erstattet.
Preisänderungen: Bei einer Preiserhöhung informiert Apple Sie und holt Ihre Zustimmung ein, bevor der neue Preis wirksam wird.
Erstattungen: Erstattungsanträge sind direkt bei Apple unter reportaproblem.apple.com zu stellen. Erstattungsentscheidungen trifft ausschließlich Apple.

5. Druckerkompatibilität und Dienste Dritter

Das Drucken beruht auf Apple AirPrint sowie auf Ihrem Drucker und Netzwerk. Wir garantieren nicht, dass die App mit einem bestimmten Druckermodell funktioniert, dass jeder Dateityp wie beabsichtigt gedruckt wird oder dass ein Druckauftrag abgeschlossen wird; Druckqualität, Papierhandhabung und Verbindung hängen von Ihrem Drucker und WLAN ab.

Webmail, Google Drive und andere im integrierten Browser geöffnete Websites werden von ihren jeweiligen Betreibern bereitgestellt, können sich jederzeit ändern oder nicht verfügbar sein und unterliegen deren eigenen Bedingungen. Smart Printer ist ein eigenständiges Produkt von SpaceNode Co., Ltd. und steht in keiner Verbindung zu Apple, Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, HP, Canon, Epson, Brother oder anderen Druckerherstellern bzw. Dienstanbietern und wird von diesen weder unterstützt noch gesponsert. Marken gehören ihren jeweiligen Inhabern.

6. Geistiges Eigentum

Die App sowie ihre ursprünglichen Inhalte, Funktionen und Funktionalitäten sind Eigentum von SpaceNode Co., Ltd. und durch internationale Urheber-, Marken- und sonstige Schutzrechte geschützt. Die Dokumente, Scans, Fotos und Notizen, die Sie mit der App erstellen oder verwenden, bleiben vollständig Ihr Eigentum.

7. Gewährleistungsausschluss

Die App wird "wie besehen" ohne jegliche Gewährleistung bereitgestellt. Wir garantieren nicht, dass die App fehlerfrei, sicher oder jederzeit verfügbar ist oder dass ein Druckauftrag gelingt.

Ihre Daten: Da Ihre Dateien ausschließlich auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert sind, können Verlust oder Beschädigung des Geräts, das Löschen der App oder eine fehlgeschlagene Wiederherstellung zu einem dauerhaften Datenverlust führen. Für Sicherungskopien sind Sie selbst verantwortlich.

8. Haftungsbeschränkung

Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haftet SpaceNode Co., Ltd. nicht für indirekte, zufällige, besondere, Folge- oder Strafschäden, für Datenverluste, verschwendete Verbrauchsmaterialien (Papier, Tinte oder Toner) oder Kosten aus fehlgeschlagenen, unvollständigen oder fehlerhaften Druckaufträgen, die aus Ihrer Nutzung oder Nichtnutzbarkeit der App entstehen.

9. Geltendes Recht; App-Store-Bedingungen

Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Republik Korea, unbeschadet zwingender Verbraucherschutzvorschriften Ihres Wohnsitzlandes. Die App wird über den Apple App Store vertrieben; Apple ist nicht für die App oder deren Inhalte verantwortlich und ist Drittbegünstigter dieser Bedingungen mit dem Recht, sie durchzusetzen. Ihre Nutzung muss außerdem den Apple-Media-Services-Bedingungen entsprechen.

10. Änderungen der Bedingungen

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, diese Bedingungen jederzeit zu ändern. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung der App nach Änderungen gilt als Annahme der neuen Bedingungen.

1. Aanvaarding van de voorwaarden

Door Smart Printer — Afdrukken, Scannen & Delen ("de App") te downloaden, te installeren of te gebruiken, gaat u akkoord met deze Gebruiksvoorwaarden. Als u niet akkoord gaat, gebruik de App dan niet.

2. Beschrijving van de dienst

Smart Printer is een iOS-app waarmee u kunt:

Foto's, documenten (PDF, afbeeldingen, Office-bestanden), webpagina's, e-mails, contactkaarten en bestanden uit clouddiensten afdrukken op AirPrint-compatibele printers in uw wifi-netwerk
Papieren documenten scannen met de camera en opslaan als PDF
Notities schrijven en afdrukken of delen
Geïmporteerde en gescande bestanden bewaren in een bestandsgedeelte in de App
Webmail en Google Drive openen in een ingebouwde browser om de inhoud af te drukken
Bestanden vanuit andere apps via het iOS-deelmenu naar Smart Printer sturen

De App vereist een AirPrint-compatibele printer in hetzelfde wifi-netwerk als uw apparaat. Alle inhoud die u afdrukt, scant of schrijft wordt op uw apparaat opgeslagen; de App vereist geen account en verzendt uw documenten niet naar ons.

3. Verantwoordelijkheden van de gebruiker

U stemt ermee in de App alleen voor rechtmatige doeleinden en in overeenstemming met deze voorwaarden te gebruiken. U bent verantwoordelijk voor:

Het recht om de inhoud die u met de App gebruikt af te drukken, te kopiëren of te delen, inclusief het respecteren van auteursrechten en de privacy van personen wier contactgegevens of e-mails u afdrukt
Uw eigen accounts bij diensten van derden (zoals Google, Microsoft of Yahoo) waarop u zich via de ingebouwde browser aanmeldt, en het naleven van de voorwaarden van die diensten
Het bijhouden van uw eigen back-ups van uw bestanden
Het niet gebruiken van de App voor frauduleuze of illegale activiteiten

4. Gratis gebruik en abonnement

U kunt alle functies van de App gratis gebruiken, inclusief twee (2) gratis afdruktaken. Smart Printer Premium is een automatisch verlengend weekabonnement van USD 9,99 per week (of het equivalent in uw lokale valuta zoals bepaald door de App Store) dat onbeperkt afdrukken ontgrendelt. Nieuwe abonnees die daarvoor in aanmerking komen, kunnen een gratis proefperiode van 3 dagen krijgen; het abonnement start en uw Apple-account wordt belast wanneer de proefperiode eindigt, tenzij u ten minste 24 uur van tevoren opzegt.

Facturering: Aankopen worden verwerkt door de Apple App Store en in rekening gebracht op uw Apple-account. Wij verwerken of bewaren uw betaalgegevens niet.
Automatische verlenging: Uw abonnement wordt automatisch verlengd tenzij u ten minste 24 uur voor het einde van de lopende periode opzegt. Uw Apple-account wordt binnen 24 uur voor het einde van de periode belast voor de verlenging.
Opzeggen: U kunt op elk moment opzeggen via iOS-instellingen > [uw naam] > Abonnementen, of in de App Store-app onder Account > Abonnementen. Opzeggen stopt toekomstige verlengingen; u behoudt Premium-toegang tot het einde van de reeds betaalde periode, die niet wordt terugbetaald.
Prijswijzigingen: Als de abonnementsprijs stijgt, stelt Apple u hiervan op de hoogte en vraagt om uw toestemming voordat de nieuwe prijs ingaat.
Terugbetalingen: Verzoeken om terugbetaling moeten rechtstreeks bij Apple worden ingediend via reportaproblem.apple.com. Beslissingen over terugbetaling worden uitsluitend door Apple genomen.

5. Printercompatibiliteit en diensten van derden

Afdrukken is afhankelijk van Apple AirPrint en van uw printer en netwerk. Wij garanderen niet dat de App met een bepaald printermodel werkt, dat elk bestandstype zoals bedoeld wordt afgedrukt of dat een afdruktaak wordt voltooid; afdrukkwaliteit, papierverwerking en connectiviteit hangen af van uw printer en wifi.

Webmail, Google Drive en andere websites die u in de ingebouwde browser opent, worden aangeboden door hun respectieve exploitanten, kunnen op elk moment veranderen of onbeschikbaar worden en vallen onder hun eigen voorwaarden. Smart Printer is een onafhankelijk product van SpaceNode Co., Ltd. en is niet verbonden met, goedgekeurd door of gesponsord door Apple, Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, HP, Canon, Epson, Brother of enige andere printerfabrikant of dienstverlener. Handelsmerken behoren toe aan hun respectieve eigenaren.

6. Intellectueel eigendom

De App en de oorspronkelijke inhoud, functies en functionaliteit zijn eigendom van SpaceNode Co., Ltd. en worden beschermd door internationale auteursrecht-, merkenrecht- en andere intellectuele-eigendomswetten. U behoudt het volledige eigendom van de documenten, scans, foto's en notities die u met de App maakt of gebruikt.

7. Afwijzing van garanties

De App wordt geleverd "zoals deze is", zonder enige garantie. Wij garanderen niet dat de App foutloos, veilig of altijd beschikbaar is, noch dat een afdruktaak slaagt.

Uw gegevens: Omdat uw bestanden alleen op uw apparaat staan, kan verlies of beschadiging van het apparaat, verwijdering van de App of een mislukte herstelbewerking leiden tot permanent gegevensverlies. Het maken van back-ups is uw eigen verantwoordelijkheid.

8. Beperking van aansprakelijkheid

Voor zover maximaal toegestaan door de wet is SpaceNode Co., Ltd. niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte, incidentele, bijzondere, gevolg- of punitieve schade, noch voor gegevensverlies, verspilde verbruiksartikelen (papier, inkt of toner) of kosten die voortvloeien uit mislukte, onvolledige of onjuiste afdruktaken, ontstaan door uw gebruik van of onvermogen tot gebruik van de App.

9. Toepasselijk recht; App Store-voorwaarden

Op deze voorwaarden is het recht van de Republiek Korea van toepassing, onverminderd de dwingende consumentenbescherming van uw land van verblijf. De App wordt gedistribueerd via de Apple App Store; Apple is niet verantwoordelijk voor de App of de inhoud daarvan en is een derde-begunstigde van deze voorwaarden met het recht deze af te dwingen. Uw gebruik moet tevens voldoen aan de Apple Media Services-voorwaarden.

10. Wijzigingen in de voorwaarden

Wij behouden ons het recht voor deze voorwaarden op elk moment te wijzigen. Voortgezet gebruik van de App na wijzigingen geldt als aanvaarding van de nieuwe voorwaarden.

2. Description du service

Smart Printer est une application iOS qui vous permet de :

Imprimer des photos, des documents (PDF, images, fichiers Office), des pages web, des e-mails, des fiches contact et des fichiers issus de services cloud sur des imprimantes compatibles AirPrint de votre réseau Wi‑Fi
Numériser des documents papier avec l'appareil photo et les enregistrer en PDF
Rédiger des notes et les imprimer ou les partager
Conserver les fichiers importés et numérisés dans un espace Fichiers de l'Application
Ouvrir une messagerie web et Google Drive dans un navigateur intégré afin d'en imprimer le contenu
Envoyer des fichiers d'autres apps vers Smart Printer via le menu de partage iOS

L'Application nécessite une imprimante compatible AirPrint connectée au même réseau Wi‑Fi que votre appareil. Tout ce que vous imprimez, numérisez ou rédigez est stocké sur votre appareil ; l'Application ne nécessite aucun compte et ne nous transmet pas vos documents.

3. Responsabilités de l'utilisateur

Vous acceptez d'utiliser l'Application uniquement à des fins licites et conformément aux présentes Conditions. Vous êtes responsable :

De disposer du droit d'imprimer, de copier ou de partager les contenus que vous utilisez avec l'Application, y compris le respect du droit d'auteur et de la vie privée des personnes dont vous imprimez les coordonnées ou les e-mails
De vos propres comptes auprès des services tiers (Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, etc.) auxquels vous vous connectez via le navigateur intégré, et du respect des conditions de ces services
De la conservation de vos propres sauvegardes
De ne pas utiliser l'Application à des fins frauduleuses ou illégales

4. Utilisation gratuite et abonnement

Vous pouvez utiliser gratuitement toutes les fonctionnalités de l'Application, dont deux (2) impressions gratuites. Smart Printer Premium est un abonnement hebdomadaire à renouvellement automatique au prix de 9,99 USD par semaine (ou l'équivalent dans votre devise locale tel que fixé par l'App Store) qui débloque l'impression illimitée. Les nouveaux abonnés éligibles peuvent bénéficier d'un essai gratuit de 3 jours ; l'abonnement démarre et votre compte Apple est débité à la fin de l'essai, sauf résiliation au moins 24 heures avant.

Facturation : Les achats sont traités par l'Apple App Store et débités de votre compte Apple. Nous ne traitons ni ne conservons vos informations de paiement.
Renouvellement automatique : Votre abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement sauf résiliation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours. Votre compte Apple est débité du renouvellement dans les 24 heures précédant la fin de la période.
Résiliation : Vous pouvez résilier à tout moment dans Réglages iOS > [votre nom] > Abonnements, ou dans l'app App Store sous Compte > Abonnements. La résiliation met fin aux renouvellements futurs ; vous conservez l'accès Premium jusqu'à la fin de la période déjà payée, laquelle n'est pas remboursée.
Changements de prix : En cas d'augmentation du prix, Apple vous en informera et demandera votre consentement avant l'entrée en vigueur du nouveau tarif.
Remboursements : Les demandes de remboursement doivent être adressées directement à Apple sur reportaproblem.apple.com. Les décisions de remboursement relèvent exclusivement d'Apple.

5. Compatibilité des imprimantes et services tiers

L'impression repose sur Apple AirPrint ainsi que sur votre imprimante et votre réseau. Nous ne garantissons pas que l'Application fonctionne avec un modèle d'imprimante donné, que chaque type de fichier s'imprime comme prévu ni qu'un travail d'impression aboutisse ; la qualité d'impression, la gestion du papier et la connectivité dépendent de votre imprimante et de votre Wi‑Fi.

Les messageries web, Google Drive et les autres sites ouverts dans le navigateur intégré sont fournis par leurs opérateurs respectifs, peuvent changer ou devenir indisponibles à tout moment, et sont soumis à leurs propres conditions. Smart Printer est un produit indépendant de SpaceNode Co., Ltd. et n'est ni affilié à, ni approuvé ou parrainé par Apple, Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, HP, Canon, Epson, Brother ou tout autre fabricant d'imprimantes ou fournisseur de services. Les marques appartiennent à leurs propriétaires respectifs.

6. Propriété intellectuelle

L'Application ainsi que son contenu original, ses fonctionnalités et ses fonctions sont la propriété de SpaceNode Co., Ltd. et sont protégés par les lois internationales sur le droit d'auteur, les marques et les autres droits de propriété intellectuelle. Vous conservez la pleine propriété des documents, numérisations, photos et notes que vous créez ou utilisez avec l'Application.

7. Exclusion de garanties

L'Application est fournie « en l'état », sans garantie d'aucune sorte. Nous ne garantissons pas que l'Application sera exempte d'erreurs, sécurisée ou disponible en permanence, ni qu'un travail d'impression réussira.

Vos données : Vos fichiers étant stockés uniquement sur votre appareil, la perte ou l'endommagement de celui-ci, la suppression de l'Application ou l'échec d'une restauration peuvent entraîner une perte définitive de données. La conservation de sauvegardes relève de votre responsabilité.

8. Limitation de responsabilité

Dans toute la mesure permise par la loi, SpaceNode Co., Ltd. ne saurait être tenue responsable de dommages indirects, accessoires, spéciaux, consécutifs ou punitifs, ni de pertes de données, de consommables gaspillés (papier, encre ou toner) ou de coûts résultant de travaux d'impression échoués, incomplets ou incorrects, découlant de votre utilisation ou de votre impossibilité d'utiliser l'Application.

9. Droit applicable ; conditions de l'App Store

Les présentes Conditions sont régies par le droit de la République de Corée, sans préjudice des protections impératives des consommateurs de votre pays de résidence. 1. 規約への同意

Smart Printer — 印刷・スキャン・共有（以下「本アプリ」）をダウンロード、インストール、または利用することにより、お客様は本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意されない場合は、本アプリをご利用にならないでください。

2. サービスの内容

本アプリは、以下のことができる iOS アプリケーションです。

写真、書類（PDF、画像、Office ファイル）、Web ページ、メール、連絡先カード、クラウドドライブのファイルを、Wi‑Fi ネットワーク上の AirPrint 対応プリンターで印刷する
カメラで紙の書類をスキャンし、PDF として保存する
メモを書いて印刷または共有する
読み込んだファイルやスキャンしたファイルをアプリ内のファイル領域に保管する
内蔵ブラウザで Web メールや Google ドライブを開き、その内容を印刷する
iOS の共有シートを通じて他のアプリから Smart Printer にファイルを送る

本アプリの利用には、お客様の端末と同じ Wi‑Fi ネットワークに接続された AirPrint 対応プリンターが必要です。印刷、スキャン、作成したすべてのコンテンツは端末内に保存されます。本アプリはアカウントを必要とせず、お客様の書類が当社に送信されることはありません。

3. 利用者の責任

お客様は、適法な目的のためにのみ、本規約に従って本アプリを利用することに同意します。お客様は以下について責任を負います。

本アプリで扱うコンテンツを印刷、複製、共有する権利を有していること（著作権の遵守、および印刷する連絡先やメールの当事者のプライバシーの尊重を含む）
内蔵ブラウザからサインインする第三者サービス（Google、Microsoft、Yahoo など）のご自身のアカウントの管理、および各サービスの規約の遵守
ご自身でファイルのバックアップを保管すること
本アプリを不正または違法な行為に利用しないこと

4. 無料利用とサブスクリプション

本アプリのすべての機能は無料でご利用いただけ、印刷ジョブ2回が無料で含まれます。Smart Printer Premium は週額 9.99 米ドル（または App Store が定める各国通貨の相当額）の自動更新型週間サブスクリプションで、無制限の印刷が可能になります。対象となる新規登録者には3日間の無料トライアルが提供される場合があり、トライアル終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り、トライアル終了時にサブスクリプションが開始され Apple アカウントに請求されます。

決済: 購入は Apple App Store が処理し、お客様の Apple アカウントに請求されます。当社がお客様の支払い情報を処理・保存することはありません。
自動更新: 現在の期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り、サブスクリプションは自動的に更新されます。更新料は期間終了前24時間以内に Apple アカウントへ請求されます。
解約方法: iOS の「設定」>「[お客様の名前]」>「サブスクリプション」、または App Store アプリの「アカウント」>「サブスクリプション」からいつでも解約できます。解約すると以後の更新は停止されますが、すでにお支払い済みの期間の終了までは Premium 機能をご利用いただけ、当該期間分の返金は行われません。
価格の変更: サブスクリプション価格が値上げされる場合、Apple が事前に通知し、新価格の適用前にお客様の同意を求めます。
返金: 返金のご依頼は reportaproblem.apple.com から Apple に直接お申し出ください。返金の可否は Apple が単独で判断します。

5. プリンターの互換性および第三者サービス

印刷は Apple AirPrint ならびにお客様のプリンターおよびネットワークに依存します。当社は、本アプリが特定のプリンター機種で動作すること、あらゆるファイル形式が意図どおりに印刷されること、または印刷ジョブが完了することを保証しません。印刷品質、用紙の取り扱い、接続状態はお客様のプリンターと Wi‑Fi に依存します。

内蔵ブラウザで開く Web メール、Google ドライブ、その他の Web サイトは各運営者が提供するものであり、いつでも変更または利用不能になる可能性があり、それぞれの規約が適用されます。Smart Printer は SpaceNode Co., Ltd. の独立した製品であり、Apple、Google、Microsoft、Yahoo、HP、Canon、Epson、Brother その他のプリンターメーカーやサービス提供者と提携、承認、後援の関係にはありません。商標はそれぞれの所有者に帰属します。

6. 知的財産権

本アプリならびにそのオリジナルのコンテンツ、機能は SpaceNode Co., Ltd. に帰属し、著作権、商標権その他の知的財産権に関する国際法によって保護されています。お客様が本アプリで作成または利用する書類、スキャン、写真、メモの権利はすべてお客様に帰属します。

7. 免責事項

本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。当社は、本アプリに不具合がないこと、安全であること、常時利用可能であること、または印刷ジョブが成功することを保証しません。

お客様のデータ: ファイルは端末内にのみ保存されるため、端末の紛失・破損、本アプリの削除、復元の失敗によりデータが恒久的に失われる可能性があります。バックアップの管理はお客様の責任となります。

8. 責任の制限

法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、SpaceNode Co., Ltd. は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じる間接的、付随的、特別、結果的または懲罰的損害、データの喪失、消耗品（用紙、インク、トナー）の浪費、印刷ジョブの失敗・不完全・誤りに起因する費用について一切責任を負いません。

9. 準拠法および App Store の規約

本規約は大韓民国の法律に準拠します。ただし、お客様の居住国における強行法規としての消費者保護規定を妨げるものではありません。本アプリは Apple App Store を通じて配信されます。Apple は本アプリおよびその内容について責任を負わず、本規約の第三受益者として本規約を行使する権利を有します。お客様の利用は Apple メディアサービス利用規約にも従うものとします。

10. 規約の変更

当社は、いつでも本規約を変更する権利を留保します。変更後も本アプリの利用を継続した場合、新しい規約に同意したものとみなされます。

2. 서비스 내용

본 앱은 다음과 같은 기능을 제공하는 iOS 애플리케이션입니다.

사진, 문서(PDF, 이미지, Office 파일), 웹페이지, 이메일, 연락처 카드, 클라우드 드라이브의 파일을 Wi‑Fi 네트워크의 AirPrint 호환 프린터로 인쇄
카메라로 종이 문서를 스캔하여 PDF로 저장

가져오거나 스캔한 파일을 앱 내 파일 영역에 보관

본 앱을 이용하려면 이용자의 기기와 같은 Wi‑Fi 네트워크에 연결된 AirPrint 호환 프린터가 필요합니다. 인쇄, 스캔, 작성한 모든 콘텐츠는 기기에 저장되며, 본 앱은 계정을 필요로 하지 않고 이용자의 문서를 당사로 전송하지 않습니다.

3. 이용자의 책임

이용자는 적법한 목적으로만, 본 약관에 따라 본 앱을 이용하는 데 동의합니다. 이용자는 다음 사항에 대한 책임을 집니다.

내장 브라우저를 통해 로그인하는 제3자 서비스(Google, Microsoft, Yahoo 등)의 본인 계정 관리 및 해당 서비스 약관 준수
본인의 파일 백업을 직접 보관하는 것
본 앱을 사기 또는 불법 행위에 이용하지 않는 것

4. 무료 이용 및 구독

본 앱의 모든 기능은 무료로 이용할 수 있으며, 인쇄 작업 2회가 무료로 제공됩니다. Smart Printer Premium은 주 9.99 미국 달러(또는 App Store가 정한 현지 통화 상당액)의 자동 갱신 주간 구독으로, 무제한 인쇄를 제공합니다. 자격이 있는 신규 구독자에게는 3일 무료 체험이 제공될 수 있으며, 체험 종료 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 체험 종료 시점에 구독이 시작되고 Apple 계정으로 요금이 청구됩니다.

결제: 구매는 Apple App Store를 통해 처리되며 이용자의 Apple 계정으로 청구됩니다. 당사는 이용자의 결제 정보를 처리하거나 보관하지 않습니다.
자동 갱신: 현재 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 구독은 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 갱신 요금은 기간 종료 전 24시간 이내에 Apple 계정으로 청구됩니다.
해지 방법: iOS 설정 > [이용자 이름] > 구독, 또는 App Store 앱의 계정 > 구독에서 언제든지 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지하면 이후 갱신이 중단되며, 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지는 Premium 기능을 계속 이용할 수 있고 해당 기간에 대한 환불은 제공되지 않습니다.
가격 변경: 구독 가격이 인상되는 경우 Apple이 사전에 통지하고 새 가격 적용 전에 이용자의 동의를 요청합니다.
환불: 환불 요청은 reportaproblem.apple.com에서 Apple에 직접 제출해야 합니다. 환불 여부는 Apple이 단독으로 결정합니다.

5. 프린터 호환성 및 제3자 서비스

인쇄는 Apple AirPrint와 이용자의 프린터 및 네트워크에 의존합니다. 당사는 본 앱이 특정 프린터 모델과 호환됨을, 모든 파일 형식이 의도한 대로 인쇄됨을, 또는 인쇄 작업이 완료됨을 보증하지 않습니다. 인쇄 품질, 용지 처리, 연결 상태는 이용자의 프린터와 Wi‑Fi에 따라 달라집니다.

내장 브라우저에서 여는 웹메일, Google 드라이브 및 기타 웹사이트는 각 운영자가 제공하며 언제든지 변경되거나 이용이 중단될 수 있고 각자의 약관이 적용됩니다. Smart Printer는 스페이스노드 주식회사의 독립적인 제품으로, Apple, Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, HP, Canon, Epson, Brother 또는 기타 프린터 제조사·서비스 제공자와 제휴, 보증, 후원 관계가 없습니다. 상표는 각 소유자의 자산입니다.

본 앱은 어떠한 종류의 보증도 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 당사는 본 앱에 오류가 없거나, 안전하거나, 항상 이용 가능함을, 또는 인쇄 작업이 성공함을 보증하지 않습니다.

이용자의 데이터: 파일이 기기에만 저장되므로 기기의 분실이나 손상, 앱 삭제, 복원 실패 시 데이터가 영구적으로 손실될 수 있습니다. 백업 관리는 이용자의 책임입니다.

8. 책임의 제한

법률이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 스페이스노드 주식회사는 본 앱의 이용 또는 이용 불가로 인해 발생하는 간접적, 부수적, 특별, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해, 데이터 손실, 소모품(용지, 잉크, 토너) 낭비, 실패·불완전·오류 인쇄 작업으로 인한 비용에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.

9. 준거법 및 App Store 약관

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다. 다만 이용자 거주 국가의 강행적 소비자 보호 규정을 침해하지 않습니다. 본 앱은 Apple App Store를 통해 배포되며, Apple은 본 앱 또는 그 콘텐츠에 대해 책임을 지지 않고 본 약관의 제3수익자로서 이를 집행할 권리를 가집니다. 이용자의 이용은 Apple 미디어 서비스 이용약관도 준수해야 합니다.

10. 약관의 변경

당사는 언제든지 본 약관을 수정할 권리를 보유합니다. 변경 후에도 본 앱을 계속 이용하면 새로운 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
