Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and SpaceNode ("we", "our", "us") governing your use of the mobile game Gravewalker, including all related content, updates, and services (collectively, the "Game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to play. If you are a minor, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf, including any purchases you make.

2. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Game for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by SpaceNode. The Game, including its code, art, names, and design, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

3. Accounts

• An anonymous account is created when you first launch the Game. You may optionally link it to Apple or Google sign-in for backup. If you do not link an account, your progress may be permanently lost if the app is deleted or the device is lost, and we have no obligation to restore it.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Accounts may not be sold, traded, shared, or transferred.
• Nicknames must not be offensive, misleading, or infringe the rights of others; we may change or reset nicknames that violate this.

4. Virtual Items and Virtual Currency

The Game includes virtual currencies (such as gems and coins) and virtual items (such as gear, enhancement materials, and hearts) (collectively, "Virtual Items"). You acknowledge and agree that:

• Virtual Items are licensed to you under Section 2, not sold. You receive a limited, revocable right to use them inside the Game and acquire no property interest, ownership, or monetary claim in them.
• Virtual Items have no real-world value, are not redeemable for money or anything of value outside the Game, and may not be sold, traded, gifted, or transferred outside the Game. Any attempted external transaction is void and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Virtual Item balances may be adjusted to correct errors, fraud, or abuse.
• All licenses to Virtual Items terminate when your account is deleted, terminated for breach, or the Game is discontinued in accordance with these Terms.

5. Purchases, Pricing, and Refunds

• All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple's payment terms. We do not receive or store your payment details.
• Prices, contents of bundles, and availability of any offer may change at any time. Purchases are for the Virtual Items described at the time of purchase only.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the Virtual Items have been delivered to your account, including partially used bundles. Delivery normally occurs immediately upon purchase, and you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content, acknowledging that statutory withdrawal rights may thereby lapse where the law so provides.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy; we do not control Apple's decisions. Where Apple grants a refund for Virtual Items that were already delivered or spent, we may deduct the corresponding Virtual Items (or equivalent value) from your account, which may result in a negative balance, and/or suspend accounts engaged in refund abuse.
• Nothing in this section limits rights that consumers are entitled to under mandatory local law.

6. Odds-Based Content

Some features (such as gear summons and enhancement) use randomized outcomes. Applicable probabilities are disclosed inside the Game and may be updated from time to time. Randomized results are determined at the moment of use and are not guaranteed to produce any particular item or outcome, regardless of the number of attempts, except where an explicit in-game guarantee (such as a pity counter) applies.

7. Game Changes and Balance

Online games evolve continuously. You acknowledge and agree that we may, at any time and without liability to you: add, modify, rebalance, or remove content, features, chapters, items, statistics, probabilities, difficulty, prices, and reward structures; run or end limited-time events and seasons; and reset seasonal rankings. Such changes may affect the relative power, usefulness, or desirability of Virtual Items you have acquired, and do not entitle you to any refund or compensation, except where required by mandatory law.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• use cheats, exploits, bots, automation tools, mods, or unauthorized third-party software; abuse bugs instead of reporting them;
• manipulate leaderboards, tamper with game data, traffic, or memory, or reverse-engineer, decompile, or datamine the Game except as permitted by law;
• buy, sell, or trade accounts or Virtual Items for real money or anything of value outside the Game (RMT);
• abuse refunds, chargebacks, promotions, or multiple accounts;
• use offensive or infringing nicknames, harass other players, or interfere with the operation of the Game or its servers.

9. Enforcement, Suspension, and Termination

We may investigate suspected violations and, at our reasonable discretion, take enforcement action with or without prior notice, including warnings, removal of leaderboard entries, adjustment or forfeiture of Virtual Items obtained improperly, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account. Upon termination for breach, all licenses granted to you (including all Virtual Items) end immediately without refund or compensation, to the extent permitted by law. You may stop using the Game and delete your account at any time; deletion is irreversible and unused Virtual Items are extinguished without compensation.

10. Service Availability and Discontinuation

• The Game is an online service. We do not guarantee that it will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. Maintenance, updates, server issues, or force majeure may cause downtime.
• We may modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Game (in whole or in part, in any region) at our discretion. For permanent discontinuation, we will give at least 30 days' notice via the Game or this website. After the service ends, accounts and Virtual Items expire and cannot be used or restored, and no refund or compensation is provided for unused Virtual Items, except where required by mandatory law.
• We may attempt, but do not guarantee, recovery of lost game data. Where we confirm data loss caused by our systems, our remedy is limited to a good-faith restoration of the affected data or equivalent in-game replacement.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL NOT BE LOST.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS; AND (B) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE GAME SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US THROUGH THE GAME IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (ii) USD 100. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER MANDATORY LAW, AND NOTHING LIMITS THE STATUTORY RIGHTS OF CONSUMERS.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold SpaceNode harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Game.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea, including the Seoul Central District Court. If you reside in a jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to sue in your local courts or under your local law, that right is not affected. To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive participation in class or representative actions.

15. Apple App Store Terms

The Game is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support, is not responsible for product warranties, claims, or third-party IP claims relating to the Game, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you. Your use must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Game or on this page at least 7 days before taking effect (30 days for changes materially unfavorable to you, where required by law). Your continued use of the Game after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Game.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Game. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
