1. Introduction

SpaceNode ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use Gravewalker ("the Game").

2. Information We Collect

• Account Identifier: When you first launch the Game, an anonymous account is created automatically using Firebase Authentication. This account is identified by a randomly generated user ID and does not contain your name, email, or other personal details.
• Optional Sign-In: If you choose to link your account with Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In (to back up progress across devices), we receive an authentication identifier from that provider. We do not use it for any purpose other than account linking and progress restoration.
• Nickname: A display name you choose. It is shown publicly on the in-game leaderboards.
• Game Data: Your progress (chapters, items, in-game currencies, upgrades), scores, and combat power, stored on your device and synced to our cloud servers (Google Firebase / Firestore) for backup and leaderboards.
• Purchase Information: In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We receive transaction confirmations (product, time) to deliver purchased items, but we never receive or store your payment card details.
• Advertising Data: When you choose to watch a rewarded advertisement, our advertising partner Google AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads, as described in Google's privacy policy.
• Diagnostics: Basic crash and performance information to keep the Game stable.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, health data, or any data from other apps. The Game does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Operate the Game and save/restore your progress
• Operate global leaderboards and seasonal rankings
• Deliver purchased items and rewarded-ad rewards
• Prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse
• Fix bugs and improve stability and balance
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services

The Game uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore) — account and cloud save infrastructure. Firebase Privacy

5. Advertising and Consent

Rewarded ads are optional — they are shown only when you actively choose to watch one in exchange for in-game rewards. For users in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland, we display a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before serving ads, and you may choose non-personalized ads. You can also limit ad personalization in your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising / Tracking).

6. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion

Game data is stored locally on your device and in Google Firebase data centers. We retain your account data for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account inside the Game. Deletion is irreversible and takes effect immediately; residual backups are purged within a reasonable period.

7. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Data Transfers

Our servers are operated by Google Cloud and may be located outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses implemented by our processors.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your region (including GDPR for the EEA/UK and CCPA/CPRA for California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Most of these can be exercised directly in the Game (account deletion, nickname change); for anything else, contact us at the address below. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-app tracking.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be additionally announced in the Game.
