By downloading, installing, or using GIF Search, Album - GIFFF ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GIFFF is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Search for GIFs using keywords
• Browse trending and popular GIFs
• Save GIFs to a personal album
• Share GIFs on social media and messengers

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Not using the App for any fraudulent or illegal activities
• Respecting the privacy and rights of others
• Not distributing copyrighted content without permission
• Using shared GIFs in compliance with applicable laws

4. Third-Party Content

The App provides access to GIF content from third-party providers. We do not own or control this content. The availability, accuracy, and appropriateness of third-party content are the responsibility of the respective providers.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases including ad removal and Pro features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

6. Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, features, and functionality are owned by SpaceNode and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. GIF content displayed within the App is provided by third-party services such as Tenor and Klipy, and remains the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

SpaceNode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
